MTW and Land Use Consultants carried out a feasibility study and business plan on the renewal of Brockwell Hall and outbuildings in Lambeth’s Brockwell Park to bring it into sustainable long term use. The study was commissioned by Lambeth Council and Brockwell Park Community Partners in November 2014.
Our task was to assess different options for a sustainable business model for Brockwell Hall and the Stable building and to advise on the necessary improvements and modifications to the buildings required. The consultants conducted a review of best practice among other Halls and Parks in London, carried out market research on the potential of the Hall, once renovated, to attract bookings for various uses and prepared a detailed business plan of a preferred option which would underpin a proposed Stage 1 application to the Heritage Lottery Fund.
